  • Harris (Sable, three crescents argent a bordure of the last) impaling Wyndham (Azure, a chevron between three lion's heads erased or), for John Harris (d.1657) of Hayne and his first wife Florence Wyndham (d.1630/1), a daughter of Sir John Wyndham of Orchard Wyndham in Somerset, without progeny.
  • Harris impaling Daviles (Argent, a chevron embattled erminois between three fleurs-de-lys azure), for Arthur Harris (1561-1628) of Hayne and his wife Margaret Daviles, daughter and sole heiress of John Daviles of Marland in Devon. He was the father of John Harris (d.1657) of Hayne.
  • Harris impaling Mohun (Or, a cross engrailed sable), for John Harris (d.1657) of Hayne and his second wife Cordelia Mohun, a daughter of John Mohun, 1st Baron Mohun of Okehampton (1595-1641)
