English: Membrane Attack Complex (MAC) is ther terminal complex of the complement system of the innate immune system. It forms pore-like holes in cell membranes.

Source I drew this image "by hand" using Adobe Ps at home on my computer. I didn't start with a photo. I constructed the image from shapes.
