  1. it is a low resolution copy of a photograph;
  2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the image in any way;
  3. illegal copies could not be made of any significant quality;
  4. its inclusion in the context of an article about the subject is appropriate.
  

Moreover, the unknown creator of this photograph is likely to have been a family friend or Melvin Dresher's wife, who no longer remembers who took the photograph. It was found among other family photos and is placed here by me at the request of family members. Vmunoz
