Notes Naval General Service Medal 1793-1840 with two bars Awarded to Corporal Henry Castle, Royal Marines serving aboard HMS Britannia and HMS Hussar. bars- Trafalgar- 21 October 1805 Java- July-11 September 1811 Henry Castle was on board HMS Britannia during the Battle of Trafalgar, 221 October 1805, Lord Nelson's most famous victory. During the capture of Java he was serving on board HMS Hussar.
