Description
English: Mayor E.B. Erwin, Salt Lake City, at Mayors conference, Washington, D.C., Nov. 15. From all sections of the country Mayors of 150 cities gathered in the Capital today to attend the Third Annual Mayors Conference. Problems of crime, unemployment relief, slum clearance and industrial disputes were to be discussed at the meeting which lasts three days.
