Description The Mather-Eliot House, near corner of Hanover and North Bennet Streets, Boston MA. 1898 (approximate). Photograph. Built in 1677 by Reverend Increase Mather. Signage indicates site occupied by the Scandinavian House, a boarding house, Martin Moe, proprietor. Address was 342 Hanover Street, North End.
