Masson Mills built in 1783 is home to a working textile mills. There is a small weaving shed with working looms some dating back to before 1867.
Power Loom referred to here as a Yorkshire Loom with a Harling & Todd, Lancashire Loom behind.
The Yorkshire has a longer reedspace than the Lancashire Loom so can weave wider fabric.
