Portion used |
All of picture, which is a snapshot of a moment of a forty-three minute episode at al,most twenty-four frames per second. |
Low resolution? |
Yes, so as not to violate copyright laws. |
Purpose of use |
The image serves as the primary means of visual identification of the subject, illustrating a single educational article. It is virtually impossible to accurately describe the character for a sufficient picture in one's mind with mere words, e.g. "Keamy is Caucasian, sometimes wears military camouflage and holds a walkie-talkie, has short light brown hair of varying length, is tall and muscular, has blue or green eyes with somewhat short facial hair." The picture also highlights the scene in which Keamy emerged from a minor to a supporting role in the season and it gained much feedback from critics. |
