Summary

Mesh extracted from 150 MRI slices using marching-cubes algorithm. About 150.000 triangles with many internal and hidden parts under the surface. The grid is 64x64x150 coded on 8 bits, some pre-processing has been applied on the slices to smooth the surface.

  • Author : Dake (the algorithm is part of my master project)
  • Head dataset : someone from my laboratory, MRI performed in Basel/CH

The hole is caused by a non-ferromagnetic piercing.
