The image is low resolution, and unsuitable for printing The image is of a seminal conceptual artist, and it is believed to be appropriate to use his image in the article, as he himself continually recorded his events and used his self image to promote his art. The photo used is one such image, created self-consciously for promotional purposes.

The copyright for it is most likely owned by the company who created the promotional item or the artist who produced the item in question; you must provide evidence of such ownership.
