Summary

Description
English: Mallikarjuna Temple was built by King Vikramadiyta's second queen Trilokyamahadevi in 745. Mallikarjuna was formerly known as Trailokeshvara which is situated just next to Virupaksha temple.This temple is also was constructed by Rani Trilokyamahadevi to celebrate the victory (by Vikramaditya II) over the Pallavas.
