This art image could be re-created using vector graphics as an SVG file. This has several advantages; see Commons:Media for cleanup for more information. If an SVG form of this image is available, please upload it and afterwards replace this template with {{vector version available|new image name}}.

It is recommended to name the SVG file “Mahasati Rhythmic Movements.svg”—then the template Vector version available (or Vva) does not need the new image name parameter.

Summary

Description
English: Mahasati Meditation is a form of moving meditation. In Mahasati Meditation the practitioner moves rhythmically with their awareness open to the movement of body and mind. The movements are simple and repetitious, yet Mahasati Meditation is a powerful, deep, and advanced method for self-realization. This technique was discovered by Luangpor Teean, a Thai monk. After Luangpor Teean' passing, Luangpor Thong--one of his leading disciple-- is in charge of disseminating his teacher's meditation technique.
