Oggi si prepara tipicamente in occasione della festa di Sant'Antonio Abate, preludio al Carnevale. Battuglie è un termine dialettale che indica i gruppi che su carri sfilano per il paese il giorno di sant'Antonio Abate. Potrebbe essere una corruzione di pattuglie. |
