Summary

Description USACE Motor Vessel Mississippi (left) and Ingram Bruce R. Birmingham (right) docked at Port of Saint Paul, Minnesota, on August 9, 2008. M/V Mississippi has a short barge ahead of it, which is sometimes used when running without a load to reduce the bow wave. The Birmingham pulled in to take on water from the dock.
