English: Plaque W11-12P "Emergency Signal Ahead" from the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices, made to the specifications of the 2004 edition of the Standard Highway Signs, page 2-103 (30 by 24 inches). For use with the sign W11-8 "Emergency Vehicle".
