AFTER WORLD WAR II, THE APARTMENTS WERE USED TO HOUSE VETERANS AND THEIR FAMILIES, UP THROUGH 1953. SHORTLY THEREAFTER, THE MEDFAIR APARTMENTS WERE TURNED OVER TO THE MEDINA COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY AND SERVED AS NON-PROFIT, LOW-INCOME HOUSING THROUGH THE LATE 1970S.
