Summary

Description
English: Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif. - Cpl. Rohan Neil, a training manager with Marine Aircraft Logistics Squadron (MALS) 16, stands at parade rest before a congratulatory speech given by Col. Anthony Bianca, Marine Aircraft Group (MAG) 16 commanding officer, after passing an aviation maintenance inspection with a grade of 100 percent aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., June 13. The inspection is held to determine if there are any areas the squadron is off track or needs attention. The results are a firm indication that MALS-16 is one of the best units in the Marine Corps.
