Стальная крышка телефонного люка (линия прокладывалась в конце 1920-х; до того, как наркомат был переименован в НКС) с эмблемой наркомата в виде электрического разъёма и изолятора с молниями, вписанной в двенадцатитиконечную звезду. Харьков. Московский проспект.
