This is Memorial Hall at the Lawrenceville School, taken by me, probably in May or June 1991. A Toyota commercial was filmed in front of this building, as was at least one scene in that Meg Ryan movie that takes place in Princeton in the 50s and where Walter Matthau (I think) plays Albert Einstein. (I heard it stank.) But this building sometimes does double duty as a backdrop in movies set in colleges.

When it's not appearing in movies, Memorial Hall is a classroom building.
