DescriptionLuas tram at Sandyford terminus - geograph.org.uk - 209515.jpg
English: Luas tram at Sandyford terminus. Luas is Dublin's tram. There are two lines: the Red line runs from Connolly Station to Tallaght and the Green line from St Stephen's Green to Sandyford. Luas is Irish for speed, but I wonder if it is also an acronym of Light Urban ----- System, on the analogy of Dart - Dublin Area Rapid Transport? Maybe someone knows.
