Description
English: The Pennsylvania State Capitol was designed in 1902, in a Beaux-Arts style with Renaissance themes throughout. It is located in downtown Harrisburg. The entrance is flanked by two sculptures, entitled Love and Labor: The Unbroken Law and The Burden of Life: The Broken Law. Both were sculpted out of Carrara marble by George Grey Barnard in 1909.
Nederlands: Het Pennsylvania State Capitol werd ontworpen in 1902, in een Beaux-Arts stijl met Renaissance thema's. Het is gevestigd in de binnenstad van Harrisburg. Aan de ingang staan twee marmeren beelden Love and Labor: The Unbroken Law en The Burden of Life: The Broken Law van George Grey Barnard (1909-1912)
