Summary

Description Lot 11597-2: Tehran Conference, November 28-December 1, 1943. The strategy meeting of Premier Joseph Stalin, President Franklin D. Roosevelt, and Prime Minister Winston Churchill at the Russian Embassy at Tehran, Iran. This conference was the first of “Big Three” leaders (Soviet Union, United States and United Kingdom). Note, all the reporters and staff not usually seen. Originally an U.S. Army photograph. Office of War Information Photograph (2016/01/15).
