DescriptionLong Marston railway station (site), Warwickshire (geograph 6187307).jpg
English: Long Marston railway station (site), Warwickshire Opened in 1859 by the Oxford Worcester and Wolverhampton Railway, later part of the Great Western Railway, on what became the line from Cheltenham to Stratford-upon-Avon, this station closed in 1966.
View south west from the former level crossing towards Pebworth and Cheltenham. New industrial premises have been erected on the site of the station building and platforms. Incredibly, 43 years after the track was lifted along the route, rails can still clearly be seen embedded in the road surface to the right of this image.
