Summary

Description

c/n 18438101. Previous civil registration:- CCCP-48986. The Li-2 was a license built copy of the Douglas DC-3. This is a purely civil machine which has been fitted with a false turret to represent an armed military variant for display purposes. The Li-2T was a basic transport variant. On display in ‘Victory Park’, Museum of the Great Patriotic War, Poklonnaya Hill, Moscow, Russia.
