Summary

Description
English: Lipscombite: Mineral. Small black crystals on dark background. Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History, Washington DC, mineral collection. Sample was in the large mineral storage room, not on public display.

Named after the chemist William Lipscomb.

This is a poor-quality picture, which should be replaced by another picture of black lipscombite. Photograph taken through the eyepiece of a low-power microscope.
