Dashed lines mean that the influence is slight while continuous lines mean that the influence is substantial. Colors for the rectangles surrounding the names of the cultural dimensions models are chosen from an RGB framework and are chosen to represent roughly the degree of popularity of the various models in different fields of research. Models associated with psychology have colors closer to red, those associated with business & management studies have colors close to blue while those associated with political science have colors close to green.
