Summary
| Description |
English: Initially finished construction in 1977 and was known as the City Center Square, it has been a major office building in downtown Kansas City, but recent vacancies have led to a revitalization of the concrete enforced building into a premier Class-A office space currently being undertaken by WeWork to transform it into the Lightwell Building. It will have ample office space, and the relatively large square footage the building takes up and the unique wrapping architecture of the building also allows ideal space for retail and commercial space as well which already had a Starbucks and a Jason's Deli operating in the building before the renovations. |
