Description

King was an officer in the Royal Artillery, stationed at Waterford.

Thanks to ofarrl and his link to the 1901 census, we now know this was H.J.P. King. He was 23 in 1901, born in England and unmarried. His occupation was listed as Scholar, and his religion as Church of England.
