This image, picture-fair-use.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (Bipedia 04:08, 24 March 2006 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it is a low resolution
2. it will not affect sales in any way, and may increase enthusiasm for the works presented
3. copies could not be used to make illegal copies
4. is being used for critical commentary and review
