Summary
| Description | After getting dinner from the Downtowner (which is fantastic, by the way) we brought home half a steak for leftovers. I pan grilled it with onions, put it on french bread, drizzled on a quick pan sauce with red wine vinegar and India Pale Ale, threw some Maytag bleu on top, and broiled for a moment. Who says leftovers have to be bad? |
