Français : Le ferry-boat "Free Enterprise II" de la compagnie maritime Townsend Thoresen parti de Southampton, Hampshire, Royaume-Uni. et à destination de Cherbourg. Ce navire avait été constuit en 1965 par I.C.H Holland Werf Gusto Yard pour la Townsend Ferries. Lignes maritimes desservies: Dover-Calais (1966-1968), Dover-Zeebrugge (1968-1970), Southampton-Cherbourg (1970-1974) pour le compte de la Townsend-Thoresen. Puis charter de la Sealink. Vendu à la compagnie maritime Navarma/Moby en 1982, navigue sous le nom de "Moby Blu". Vendu à la casse en 2004 et démoli en Inde.
English: The Townsend Thoresen ferry MS Free Enterprise II leaving Southampton for Cherbourg. This ship was built in 1965 by ICH Holland Werf Gusto Yard. Routes served: Dover-Calais (1966-1968), Dover-Zeebrugge (1968-1970), Southampton-Cherbourg (1970-1974) for Townsend Thoresen. Then chartered to Sealink. Sold to the shipping company Navarma / Moby in 1982, sailing under the name of Moby Blu. Sold for scrap in 2004 and demolished in India. |
