DescriptionLatua pubiflora buds with fingers for scale.jpg
English: Part of an arching, bud-laden stem (human fingers for focus and scale) borne by a mature, cultivated specimen of Latua pubiflora (Griseb.) Baillon (family: Solanaceae) growing in the Chilean garden of a plant nursery in Adforton, a village in the English county of Herefordshire.
Buds - in slightly varying stages of maturity - pendent from cup-like rosettes of tiny leaves, giving the effect of the plant’s flowering on virtually bare stems.
