English: The Last Address Sign is a commemorative plaque that is installed on the last known residential address of victims of the Soviet Union's Communist regime. The memorial sign is a small, 11x19 cm stainless steel plaque that contains information about the repressed person. This information usually contains his or her name, profession, date of birth, date of arrest, date and reason of death (was shot or died in a Soviet concentration camp), and date of rehabilitation ('for lack of corpus delicti').

Санкт-Петербург, Лесной проспект, дом 61. Церемония установки девяти мемориальных знаков "Последний адрес".
Дом № 61 по Лесному проспекту называли «Домом специалистов» - он был предназначен для советской элиты, появившейся в 1930-е годы, - «красных» директоров, главных инженеров, начальников цехов, военных начальников, ученых. Проект «Последний адрес» в марте 2018 года уже разместил на фасаде этого дома таблички с именами философа Хаима Гарбера и инженера завода «Электросила» Рейнгольда Абе.
22 апреля 2018 года на доме установили еще девять памятных знаков жильцам этого дома, погибшим от рук палачей НКВД СССР. Они были осуждены и приговорены к высшей мере наказания по сфальсифицированным обвинениям в «подрыве промышленности», «вредительстве» и «участии в террористической группе». Все они реабилитированы посмертно.
