Summary

Description
English: Langley Hall. Langley Hall was built in 1737 for Richard Berney. Until the dissolution of the monasteries the land had belonged to Langley Abbey > 1342980. In 1744 the estate was inherited by Sir William Beauchamp whose family later changed their name to Proctor-Beauchamp. Langley Hall is now Langley School, an independent boarding and day school that was founded in 1910.
