This is an informative sample of a Max patcher with a small MSP part visible on the left side. Max/MSP is a software predominently used for multimedia works programming. Here one can see that a Max window is a two-dimensional space covered by boxes named objects linked together. Information doesn't flow continuously in the belts as in electric wires: objects sometimes send messages to others they are connected with.
This is one of the different patchers we made for a project in 2002, it was used for testing the chapter list of an interactive video installation named LandMap.
