Description "escavación circular de nueve metros de diámetro y fondo plano, de unos 60 cm de profundidad, casi constantemente llena de agua pluvial ... repitiéndose el caso del túmulo 75, y habiendo observado el propio fenómeno en otra necrópolis de la comarca ... en Seixas (Somoza) teniendo en cuenta los lugares cimeros en los que aparecen, donde no hay arrastres ni movimientos de tierra y es pobre la vegetación para que el humus las rellene, puede explicarse que a través de centurias se hubiesen llegado a conservar nada justifica que los vecinos de los distantes caseríos precisasen haber practicado esos amplios hoyos rigurosamente circulares en puntos diversos y en tales descampados e incultas alturas, siempre coincidentes con necrópolis prehistóricas" Federico Maciñeira
