Description
English: This diagram shows the idealized shape of a laccolith according to the model of Johnson, A.M., 1970. Physical processes in geology: A method for interpretation of natural phenomena; intrusions in igneous rocks, fractures, and folds, flow of debris and ice. Freeman, Cooper. X axis is horizontal distance from laccolith center as fraction of laccolith outer radius. Y axis is height of laccolith roof as fraction of maximum height.
