This is an image of LaJulia Rhea performing Aida in Chicago, 1943
It is subject to fair use because there are no free images of the subject and this is a low-resolution of a publicity photo of one of her performances. The picture is cropped to eliminate the image of William Franklin and a portion of the set for the production. The purpose of the use is educational and its publication does not detract from the ability of the pictures owner to sell the complete picture
