Deutsch: Simultane Darstellung der transösophagealen linksatrialen Ableitung (Ösop.) mit dem Oberflächen-EKG-Ableitungen I, II und III bei einem mit CRT-System versorgten herzinsuffizienten Patienten mit einer Nominaleinstellung des AV-Delays bei Vorhofwahrnehmung von 100 ms. In diesem Fall erscheint die linksatriale Deflektion 18 ms nach der ventrikulären Stimulation. Diese Konstellation führt zu einem vorzeitigen Ende des linksatrialen Beitrags zur linksventrikulären Füllung und kann damit hämodynamisch advers wirken. Derartige für die CRT ungünstige Konstellationen lassen sich mit der transösophagealen Ableitung einfach und leicht identifizieren.
