25 February 2015 - Washington, DC - U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB) hosts a Black History Month Roundtable addressing the labor market challenges of people of African descent in the Americas. The event was moderated by Dr. William Spriggs, Chief Economist for the AFL-CIO and Economics Professor at Howard University. The speakers included Ricardo Baluga, Minister and Deputy Chief of Mission for the Embassy of Uruguay; Zakiya Carr Johnson.
