Description
Deutsch: Das Komtursiegel von 1409 symbolisiert die drei ältesten Memeler Kirchen: Stadtkirche St. Johannis (links), Burgkapelle St. Marien (Mitte), Landkirche St. Nikolai (rechts). St. Marien hatte keinen Turm, sondern nur eine Kuppel. Beachtenswert ist, dass das Siegel auch die Lage der Marienkirche tief unten am Haff zeigt, während die beiden anderen Kirchen weiter landeinwärts dargestellt werden.
