Summary

Description Khaki University system from 1917 to the 1919. Most took primary, elementary, or high school courses, but several hundred were accepted into universities such as Oxford, London, and Edinburgh. Henry Marshall Tory, the president of the University of Alberta, organized the program; his name is signed at the bottom of this certificate.
