In this video I'm showing how I made KAWAL, a Sudanese fermented foodstuff, from the Obtusifolia plants growing in my garden.

In Sudan Africa, Kawal is a high protein meat substitute that is used to augment the nutritious value of vegetable soups. Old traditional wisdom that needs preserving.
