Description
English: Light microscopy photographs of Katabia gromovi. Figures 1 and 2 are phase contrast images of living specimens. Figures 3 and 4 are fixed specimens. Figure 5 is a cyst. Legend: a = acroneme, af = anterior flagellum, bba = basal body of anterior flagellum, bbp = basal body of posterior flagellum, cw = cyst wall, fv = food vacuole, n = nucleus, pf = posterior flagellum, ps = pseudopodium.
