DescriptionKansas City and American Royal Zephyrs.JPG
Brochure for the Burlington Kansas City and American Royal Zephyrs. Both trains covered the same route between Chicago and Kansas City and St. Joseph, with the Kansas City Zephyr operating by day and the American Royal Zephyr as an overnight train.
I was not able to view all of the pamphlet so a copyright search was done at Copyright.gov for Chicago, Burlington and Quincy and Burlington Route. There were no results. While I believe there was no copyright on the pamphlet, I have chosen to license this as not renewed to be certain.
Note that it may still be copyrighted in jurisdictions that do not apply the rule of the shorter term for US works (depending on the date of the author's death), such as Canada (70 years p.m.a.), Mainland China (50 years p.m.a., not Hong Kong or Macao), Germany (70 years p.m.a.), Mexico (100 years p.m.a.), Switzerland (70 years p.m.a.), and other countries with individual treaties.
