English: Sebeolsik NoShift or Sebeolsik Sunarae, an variation of Kong Byung-Woo (
공병우 ) Sebeolsik (three-set type) layouts of South Korea made by Ahn Jong-Hyuk (안종혁 ) or Ahn Jong-Woo (안종우 ) in 1990. The information of the inventor is uncertain including his name. All modern hangul letters are typed without Shift keys, so it is optimized for the handicapped, but this is useful to those who are not handicapped. It is a Sebeolsik (three-set type) layout because it has three set of hangul letters: choseongs 초성(初聲) or cheotsoris 첫소리 (onset consonants), jungseongs 중성(中聲) or gaundetsoris 가운뎃소리 (vowels), and jongseongs 종성(終聲) or kkeutsoris 끝소리 (final consonants).
