Summary

Description Located near the coast somewhere just west of Castillo de Jagua near Cienfuegos. We snapped this photo as we were going by on a little scooter. This is an unfinished nuclear power plant in Cuba that was supposed to be built with Soviet technology in the early 1990s but was scrapped due to the collapse of the USSR.
