Español: Julio Dormal (Jules Dormal), arquitecto belga nacido en 1846 en Lieja, Bélgica y muerto en 1924 en Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Finalizó las obras del Teatro Colón y el Palacio del Congreso Nacional, proyectó el Parque Tres de Febrero, la Casa de Gobierno de la Provincia de Buenos Aires y numerosas residencias aristocráticas.

Fundó junto a otros la Sociedad Central de Arquitectos.
