Replaceable? |
Because this is the only known picture of Juan Nepomuceno Guerra, there is almost certainly no free equivalent. Any substitute that is not a derivative work would fail to convey the meaning intended, would tarnish or misrepresent its image, or would fail its purpose of identification or commentary. It is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image of comparable educational value. The persons pictured are currently imprisoned or have died since its creation. |
