Summary

Description

A burning feeder cable on Willow Pl., Brooklyn Heights, caused a loss of power to signals in the Joralemon Tubes that carry the 4 & 5 lines under the East River on Thu., August 20, 2015. MTA New York City Transit crews were on the scene to hook up temporary generators, allowing service to resume.
